Precision Repair Technique
Carpet repair requires a trained eye, the right tools, and knowledge of how carpet fibers behave. Our technicians have repaired hundreds of carpets across the Spokane area and know how to make damage disappear.
We inspect the damaged area, assess repairability, and identify the best approach. If a patch is needed, we assess whether remnants are available in your home or if we source matching material.
We provide a firm quote after assessing the damage in person. Every repair is different — the type, size, and location of damage all affect the scope of work.
We cut and shape the repair patch to the exact dimensions needed, apply proper adhesive or seam tape, and secure the patch at the correct pile direction and tension.
The repaired area is groomed and blended into the surrounding carpet. In most cases, the repair is invisible to casual observation once complete.

Why can't I get a price before you arrive?
Every carpet repair is genuinely different. The type of damage, the size of the affected area, the carpet pile height, the availability of matching material, and the location in the room all affect how we approach the repair and how long it takes. We provide a firm, no-obligation quote after inspecting the damage in person — before any work begins.
Will the repaired area be visible?
In most cases, a professional patch repair is not visible to casual observation. The result depends heavily on the quality of the matching material and the skill of the technician. We source patch material from hidden areas of your home whenever possible — inside closets or under furniture — to ensure the closest possible match in color, texture, and pile height.
What if I don't have a carpet remnant?
Most repairs source material from a low-visibility area of the same carpet — typically inside a closet, beneath a piece of furniture, or from a corner behind a door. If no matching material is available in your home, we discuss options with you before proceeding.
Can you repair carpet that was damaged by water?
Water-stained carpet can often be patched when the staining is localized. If the padding has been contaminated by mold or long-term moisture, replacement of the padding is typically needed, but the carpet itself may be patchable. We assess each situation honestly.
Can you repair carpet and clean it on the same visit?
Yes — and we recommend it. Combining repair and cleaning on the same appointment ensures the most seamless result, since cleaning can affect pile height and texture slightly. We sequence the work so cleaning happens after any patching is complete.
