Upholstery fabrics are more delicate than carpet. Our technicians are trained to identify fabric types and select the safest, most effective cleaning method for each piece.
We identify the fabric type and test a hidden area for colorfastness before treating the full piece. This step protects delicate or older fabrics from damage.
Loose debris, pet hair, and surface dust are thoroughly vacuumed from all surfaces including seams and crevices.
A fabric-safe pre-treatment solution is applied to stains and soiled areas, selected based on the specific fabric type and soil composition.
Depending on the fabric type, we use hot water extraction or a low-moisture cleaning method to safely remove the pre-treatment and embedded soil.
The piece is inspected for any missed spots and allowed to begin drying. Most upholstery dries in 2–4 hours.
