Services & Process
What carpet cleaning method do you use?
We use hot water extraction — also called steam cleaning — which is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers. It injects hot water and cleaning solution deep into the fibers under high pressure, then immediately extracts the water along with dissolved dirt, bacteria, and allergens.
How long does it take for carpets to dry?
Standard and Superior Clean packages typically dry in 4–6 hours with good ventilation. Our Premier Clean package includes Speed Drying which dramatically reduces dry time, often under 2 hours.
Can you remove pet urine odor completely?
Yes — but it requires the right treatment. Our Pet Stain & Odor Removal service uses UV light inspection to locate all affected areas (including spots invisible to the naked eye), followed by professional-grade enzyme treatment that breaks down urine crystals at the molecular level. This permanently eliminates the odor, not just masks it.
Do you clean commercial properties?
Absolutely. We serve residences, apartment complexes, offices, retail spaces, and commercial properties of all sizes. We can schedule early morning or evening appointments to minimize disruption to your business.
What types of carpet do you clean?
We clean all major carpet types including cut pile, loop pile, berber, frieze, shag, and commercial carpet tiles. Our technicians assess the fiber type before choosing the appropriate cleaning method and solution.
Do you clean hardwood floors or vinyl flooring?
We specialize in carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery. For specific flooring questions, call us at 509-463-6380 and we can advise on the right approach.

Before & After Your Appointment
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
We ask that you move small and fragile items before our arrival. Our team can move standard furniture (sofas, chairs, beds) at no extra charge. Items we cannot move include electronics, pianos, and very heavy furniture.
Should I vacuum before the appointment?
It helps but is not required. Vacuuming beforehand removes loose surface debris and allows us to focus the deep clean on embedded soils and stains. If you cannot vacuum, do not worry — we can handle it.
How long should I stay off the carpet after cleaning?
We recommend staying off freshly cleaned carpets for at least 2–4 hours (less with our Premier Speed Drying service). Walk only with clean white socks if you must cross the carpet during drying.
What if I am not happy with the results?
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, call us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no charge.
