1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Alpine Carpet Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 11315 E Trent Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Alpine Carpet Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to: carpet cleaning, pet stain and odor removal, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. The specific services, pricing, and scope of work will be agreed upon prior to or at the time of service.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Online and phone estimates are provided in good faith based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of service after our technician assesses the actual conditions. A minimum service charge of $149 applies to all appointments. Standard room size is defined as up to 200 square feet. Rooms larger than 200 square feet may be charged at a higher rate.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. For commercial accounts, net-30 payment terms may be arranged in advance.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full minimum service fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Remove or secure fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items from work areas
  • Disclose known hazards including mold, biohazards, or structural concerns
  • Provide accurate information about stains, pets, and prior treatments

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. The guarantee applies to the original scope of work and does not cover pre-existing damage or conditions beyond the capability of professional cleaning.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpine Carpet Cleaning's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by defective carpet backing, loose or improperly installed carpet, or damage resulting from undisclosed conditions. We are not responsible for colorfastness issues on carpet or upholstery that has not been tested for colorfastness prior to cleaning.

9. Property Access

By allowing our technicians onto your property, you represent that you are the owner or have authority to authorize cleaning services. You accept responsibility for ensuring our team has safe working conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
